Strata Worldwide to market Brain air operated pumps to mining markets in the Americas

Australian industrial producer, Brain Industries, says it is making an enormous push into the North American, Central American and South American markets, signing an unique distribution settlement with Strata Worldwide USA for its distinctive air operated pumps. The firm’s first US distribution agreement will see Strata market and sell Brain’s Airloader and Mudskipper pneumatic pumps to the mining, tunnelling, and seaports markets.
Managing Director, Gillian Summers, said the massive American market has the potential to double Brain’s pumps business. Summers stated initially the pumps will be designed, made, and exported from Newcastle. She also said Brain could take a look at opening a pump manufacturing plant within the USA. “There seems to be เกจ์วัดแรงดัน like our pumps obtainable for the US mining and tunnelling sectors,” Summers said. “Strata Worldwide knew of Brain’s manufacturing functionality as we make its emergency refuge chambers for the Australian market. The interest from America in our merchandise shows that the Hunter and Australia’s manufacturing sector is alive and well, and an important part of the economy.”
General Manager Strata Products USA, Josh Behling, mentioned the joint venture makes plenty of sense and the merchandise fit Strata’s geotech portfolio. “Based on the standard and performance of Brain Industries’ pumps, we’re excited to introduce them to our prospects and others available within the market,” Behling said.
The Airloader pumps deal with nearly any flowable material together with sludge, or slurries with solids – even sand. Unlike typical vacuum displacement pumps Brain’s compressed air pumps mix high velocity suction airflow with a strong vacuum. The pumps come in a spread of sizes as both gravity discharge pumps or strain discharge pumps. The Mudskipper pump is Brain’s smallest and hottest pump. Summers mentioned Brain’s pumps don’t have any inside shifting elements which makes them more reliable and longer lasting than some other pumps. She stated pumps can be provided in DNV GL compliant frames – necessary for the mining and tunnelling sectors. “Brain’s pumps are secure for pumping in hazardous areas and their low height makes them perfect for confined spaces.”
As well as pumps, Brain designs, manufacturers, repairs, and certifies a variety of industrial gear together with conveyor pulleys, pulley lagging, conveyor dewatering techniques, stonedusters, oil diffusing systems and polyurethane products for the Australian and international markets. The family-owned business is predicated in Newcastle, NSW.
