The Reservoir Center for Water Solutions, a consortium and collaboration facility that brings together leaders and thinkers from across the water sector, coverage world and past, has formally opened in Washington, DC, USA.
pressure gauge , together with academia, technology providers, trade associations and NGOs, are partnering in the new consortium to accelerate solutions to the world’s crucial water and sustainability challenges.
Located on the banks of the Anacostia River, the Reservoir Center for Water Solutions will serve as a world collaboration hub to advance breakthrough water options and improvements.
The Reservoir Center is designed to strengthen collaboration among the many numerous set of stakeholders, from DC and beyond, who work collectively in the course of fixing global water challenges. The Center’s 33 companions – together with Reservoir sponsor Xylem – will deliver collectively their sources, knowledge and partnerships to drive progress.
Through innovation packages, schooling and mentoring, and group outreach, the Reservoir Center aims to create a vibrant hub for ideas and motion on challenges like water scarcity, resilience and water affordability.
“Establishing the Reservoir Center is a commitment to strengthening collaboration inside the water sector, and to strengthening water’s voice past it,” stated Patrick Decker, president and CEO of Xylem. “The Center shall be a hub for those interested in helping clear up the world’s water challenges to return collectively, deepen relationships, break down limitations and fast-track options. It’s a spot where, together, we are in a position to write the following chapter for water and proceed our work in direction of a more sustainable world.”
Xylem announced earlier this 12 months that its new headquarters might be co-located with the Reservoir Center for Water Solutions.
