Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and manufacturer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater applications, primarily based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of private equity agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid administration options for harsh, rugged environments. The firm, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is home to BJM Pumps products, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump methods and the Oil Minder pump and control solution, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers as properly as equipment required for set up.
