เกจวัดแก๊ส ’s Machine Sentryhas enhanced its Cloud-based condition monitoring offering with the launch of Machine Sentry2.5.
The newest developments improve Android functions of the system and include integration with Bluetooth low energy (LE) sensors from any producer, assist for model new, superior oil quality and vibration sensors and a simplified measurement import application programme interface (API).
In addition to using MSF-1, a Machine Sentry sensor, companies using the Android utility can now add any model of sensor to the system, by merely copying the sensor definition to the Android device’s inner storage and opening it. Once loaded, the model new sensor will be able to gather measurements in the identical method as MSF-1.
Machine Sentry 2.5 also enables enhanced oil quality and vibration monitoring functionality with the addition of two new appropriate sensors. The Tandelta oil quality sensor, connected by way of the Tandelta OQD Express show, means the oil condition could be monitored in situ without having to extract a pattern and send it to the lab. Wear or contamination is measured in real time to an accuracy of 0.001%.
