US constructive displacement pump firm Unibloc Pump has purchased Flotronic Pumps, a UK-based manufacturer of specialised, air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps and accessories.
Founded in 1990, Flotronic Pumps invented the ‘One Nut’ AODD pump. The pioneering single bolt design reduces process downtime by simplifying pump assembly/disassembly, offering savings in upkeep prices.
Unibloc Pump chief govt officer Chris Stevens will be a part of the Flotronic Pumps leadership staff as CEO.
