The 30 deepwell gasoline pumps might be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is considered one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders so far. It is also the second LNG gas pump systems order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has placed with Svanehøj within the last year. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to provide deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled sales of its patented deepwell gas pumps in 2021, and says there are tons of indications that sales might enhance even further in 2022.
“Until a few years in the past, using LNG as a marine fuel was restricted to LNG carriers and smaller ships. But เกจวัดแรงดันน้ำมันเครื่อง at the second are seeing a sharp improve in fuel pump orders for deep sea vessels such as container ships and car carriers,” mentioned Johnny Houmann, chief gross sales officer at Svanehøj. “We have been chosen as the supplier of gas pump methods for over 50% of the dual-fuel LNG container vessels ordered globally in 2020–21. And we purpose to increase our market share further in the coming years.”
