The 30 deepwell gas pumps might be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders thus far. It can be the second LNG fuel pump techniques order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has positioned with Svanehøj within the last yr. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to offer deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled sales of its patented deepwell fuel pumps in 2021, and says there are numerous indications that gross sales might increase even further in 2022.
“Until a couple of years ago, the utilization of LNG as a marine gas was restricted to LNG carriers and smaller ships. But ที่วัดแรงดันน้ำ at the moment are seeing a sharp improve in gasoline pump orders for deep sea vessels similar to container ships and automotive carriers,” said Johnny Houmann, chief gross sales officer at Svanehøj. “We were chosen because the provider of gas pump methods for over 50% of the dual-fuel LNG container vessels ordered globally in 2020–21. And we goal to extend our market share further within the coming years.”
