Rain Bird has added a brand new IC model to its Golf Solenoid Valve Series product line. This new model supplies the numerous benefits of GSV Series Valves to programs currently using the Rain Bird IC System, which connects irrigation central control immediately to each rotor and valve for optimal water and vitality efficiency.

Originally launched in December 2021, GSV Series Valves are a solution for golf courses in lightning-prone regions, those that use reclaimed water and those who need pressure regulation. In addition to the model new IC model, the GSV Series contains three plastic fashions and one pink brass mannequin, every with NPT or BSP thread options. All GSV Series Valves feature a pre-installed PRS-DIAL that regulates and maintains fixed outlet pressure between 15 and one hundred psi while reducing the consequences of water hammer. A waterproof dial cartridge eliminates fogging and binding.

On plastic fashions, a scrubber mechanism with a stainless-steel display dislodges grit and plant materials, protecting the valve from debris. Built-in filtration on the GBS25 solenoid presents a second degree of debris protection. Plastic and brass fashions come with an extra purple flow-control handle cowl for use with non-potable water.
