US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service provider of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and area service capabilities. The company has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 employees.
The acquired business will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory protection, high product traces and adding extra service capabilities to this area. We are very desperate to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”
