Manufacturers of meals and other hygienically processed products face the problem of sustaining reproducible processes so that their merchandise have the appearance, style, and consistency that consumers expect.
GEA has designed the VARIVENT MX with components that keep merchandise from mixing with the cleaning liquid, even under distinctive masses. The cavity chamber is fitted with a vacuum self-drainage system and balancers on both valve discs. For maximum bodily safety, GEA makes use of the Venturi effect which is created by the special form of the flow channels, inflicting a vacuum on the other seal throughout lifting, preventing strain increases. As a result, no cleaning liquid can enter the other pipe carrying the product while a valve seat is being lifted or cleaned, even when a seal is defective.
When เกจวัดแรงดันแบบแห้ง are arrange and adjusted in a short time, there is a higher risk of overpressure during operation. The valve discs must stay in place when water hammer happens, and the valve should stay closed. For this purpose, GEA has geared up the valve discs in each pipelines with balancers – pressure compensators. เกจแรงดันลม makes the closed valve proof against water hammer up to 50 bar within the upper and lower pipelines. The new MX valve kind also has an built-in balancer cleansing device. It ensures that the balancer is totally flushed from the skin during seat lifting concurrently cleaning-in-place is taking place. All surfaces in contact with the product can be cleaned with none additional elements defending the product from contamination.
