Alfa Laval has signed an settlement to amass Scanjet, a global provider of tank cleaning tools and options for marine, offshore and industrial purposes.

Scanjet’s intelligent tank administration options cut back the water usage and energy consumption linked with tank cleansing. The company employs around a hundred and fifty folks, has factories in Sweden, Poland and Indonesia, and has an annual turnover of about SEK300 million.
“Scanjet’s well-known and market-leading solutions for cargo tanks complement our present Framo cargo pumping options for cargo handling. This gives us the power to optimize tank management for our customers with an ambition to cut back their water and fuel consumption and finally their CO2 footprint,” says Sameer Kalra, president of Alfa Laval’s Marine Division.
