Aliaxis acquires Aquarius Spectrum, a champion in advanced acoustic water leak detection 

Brussels, August 8, 2022 – Aliaxis SA, a world chief enabling entry to water and power through fluid administration options, announces the acquisition of Aquarius Spectrum, a unique provider of superior acoustic water leak detection and pipe condition assessment solutions for water infrastructure. Aquarius Spectrum shall be part of Aliaxis Next, Aliaxis’ newly created division which develops adjacent businesses within the field of water management and preservation.
The revenues of Aquarius Spectrum are under €5 million a yr, with a strong progress potential. The financial details of this agreement will not be disclosed.
With this acquisition, Aliaxis further strengthens its options base to tackle the world’s major water-related challenges similar to sustainable water management, resilient water infrastructure, entry to water, and water for food. Aquarius Spectrum, an Israel-based technology company, has developed ground-breaking techniques that proactively monitor water distribution networks.
